Clipboard History keeps a searchable log of everything you copy — text, images, and files — so you can bring any of them back with a keystroke. On-device only.

Open it

Press C from any app.

How it works

1

Copy things as usual

Every time you copy (⌘C), Dax silently saves the item to your local history.
2

Open the palette

Press C. Your recent copies appear in a searchable list with a full preview of the selected item.
3

Re-paste

Press to put the selected item back on your clipboard, ready to paste wherever you need it.

Tips

  • Your clipboard history stays entirely on your Mac — nothing is uploaded.
  • Text, images, and files are all supported.
  • Type to search across all copied items.
  • Configure the history size in Settings → Tools → Clipboard History.
