# Support

> How to get help from the Dax team.

Need help with Dax? Here is how to reach the team and find answers.

## In-app support

The fastest way to get help is right from Dax itself.

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Feedback" icon="message-dots" href="/tools/feedback">
    Report a bug, ask a question, or send a note. Press <kbd>⌃</kbd> <kbd>⌥</kbd> <kbd>B</kbd> from any app.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Suggest a Tool" icon="lightbulb" href="/tools/suggest-a-tool">
    Have an idea for something Dax should do? Press <kbd>⌃</kbd> <kbd>⌥</kbd> <kbd>F</kbd>.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

Both tools send directly to the Dax team. For bug reports, attach a screen snip and include what you expected to happen.

## Community

Join the [Dax Discord](https://discord.gg/V5te2fHHRA) to ask questions, share workflows, and see what other users are building.

## Service status

If something feels off, check [status.getdax.app](https://status.getdax.app) for current system status and incident history.

## Documentation

Browse the docs for detailed guides on every tool and feature:

* [Quickstart](/quickstart) — install Dax and run your first tool
* [How Dax works](/how-dax-works) — activation, privacy, and offline behavior
* [Keyboard shortcuts](/shortcuts) — every shortcut in one place
* [Tool guides](/) — deep dives into each tool

<Tip>
  The quickest way to start a support conversation is <kbd>⌃</kbd> <kbd>⌥</kbd> <kbd>B</kbd> — the Feedback tool lands in the team's inbox with your app and macOS version already attached.
